Interior Condition and Security

Examine the overall condition of home for signs of forced entry, vandalism, or anything unusual.
Observe home environment, including temperature, humidity, and odor.
Visual inspection for leaks from windows, ceilings, and doors.
Check for water leakage from internal sources such as large appliances, water heater.
Ensure all doors and windows are secure.
Inspect for signs of forced entry.
Check that chimney flue is closed to prevent heat loss and pests.
Check security system is functioning.
Temperature and Humidity Control
Verify furnace or HVAC system is functioning.
Ensure temperature and humidity settings are within desired parameters.
Change filters, as requested.

Payment Options:

Monthly Payment: Payments due at the beginning of each month.
Annual Payment: Pre-pay for 12 months and receive a 10% discount

Cancellation Policy:

Month-to-Month Plans: Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Annual Plans: Refunds available for unused months, subject to a 15% administrative fee.
